Generally joint mobilization techniques are used to help alleviate the discomfort caused from this injury. Rotator Cuff Injury – This is an injury where the joints and the muscles operating the should have received too much wear and tear. For example the constant movements in from swimming strokes or baseball pitching can cause a lot of strain on these muscles. The severity will depend upon how much strain has been placed on these joints and muscles. The normal symptoms of this injury can include a reduced mobility of the overall shoulder as well as the upper are. Therapy such as massage can often help to alleviate the tension, help reduce the pain and eventually restore the mobility to the area.
